The skinny: Friendly service Delicious food Reasonably prices The lengthy: Family stopping by on the way to Incline. I tried Sai Varee a few months ago and it was very good. Sadly, it looks like a there was a break-in recently: one of the front doors was boarded up. Otherwise, everything in the restaurant seemed functional. I was greeted by the friendly host/waiter who seated me at a booth close to the door. Family was a few minutes out so i placed our order: Pad Thai with beef, green curry with pork, pineapple fried rice with chicken, sticky rice. We also ordered the angel wings appetizer when everyone arrived. - Pad Thai: solid, good flavor, no surprises good or bad - Green Curry: the softened eggplant soaked in coconut curry was delicious - Pineapple fried rice: not enough meat, but a decent amount of pineapple and plenty of flavor from the turmeric and other spices - Angel wings: these were surprisingly hearty, sauce was thinner than i expected but went well with the chicken - Sticky rice: the host disagreed that sticky rice was a good choice for curry but my table enjoyed it; the catch (silver lining? advantage?) is that there will be leftover curry I did not see the bill ("family" was composed of distinguished elders) but comments made suggested that total (incl. tax and tip) was under $70. Plus I took half of a box of food home. (Sorry i forgot to do the high chair check this time!) Overall, this was a pleasant second visit. I aim to go back.

We went here for a birthday dinner, and it was cozy and relaxing and a great place to meet with friends. The tables are well spaced apart but could easily be moved to accommodate multiple large groups. The benches were very comfortable to sit in. We would've stayed there all night if we could. I think it was the manager or owner who served us. He was very fun to talk to and even gave us a little lesson about Thai cuisine. My party shared a variety of dishes family style. My favorite was the yum woonsen. They gave a generous amount of meat, including shrimp. The other dishes were also well-flavored. They had fresh prik nam pla!

We've had Sai Varee on repeat the past couple of days and it's been fire each and every visit. This last time we decided to venture out and try their coconut soup for the first time- hubby already talking about getting it tomorrow lol. They were out of crab langoon so they replaced our request with the spicy wings. The wings were yummy with a nice crunch, just a little on the salty side. We usually order the (shrimp) fresh rolls and wonton noodle soup. All delicious and the staff is always so friendly. Definitely one of our favorite Thai restaurants; everyone we bring wants to come back by the ways!

This place is my local go to Thai spot and sorry that it took so long for me to do review. The staff is always so quick to greet you with a friendly and welcoming smile. They bring menus and water almost upon sitting down and when ordering it seems like it only takes minutes to get the food, especially if you're having an appetizer. Besides the great service, the food is always amazing super hot and fresh and theydon't skim on ingredients. My favorite is the avocado curry, tom kha and pad Thai noodles. The food is consistent and so is the service and quality. Even if I moved out of the area, I would make it a point to come back here you gotta check out this little hidden gem.

Honestly their pad Thai here is super good! They're also very good with directions on doordash! I'm reviewing based on my doordash order but I'll definitely order from here again(: would love to dine in and update my review based on that!

Ordered spicy beef salad, mussmun curry and karee puff. All were good but the beef in the salad and curry were overcooked. Portion was decent. Service was alright as they were understaffed. The restaurant seemed clean.

We were starving and in the neighborhood. We looked into Yelp for restaurants to choose from. We decided on Sai Varee Thai Cuisine. As we entered the restaurant, we were quickly greeted by a very nice lady. She gave us a choice of tables and we picked the one we liked. She had menus ready for us. She took our drink orders, and we looked over the menu. We decided to have the Thai Iced Tea. It was delicious! I opted for the Pork Larb and sticky rice. My friend ordered the Eggplant. The food was FABULOUS and authentic. Overall, a GREAT experience! The couple worked together as a team were awesome! I will be coming back here very soon!!!
